Returns


We want you to be happy with your purchase from  American Office Furniture. If you're not happy, we want to know about it. Please Contact us to resolve any issues you may be having. 


Standard Return Policy 

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, you can return new, unused items that are boxed and resalable for a refund (less restocking fee) within 30 calendar days from receipt of the item. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) in their original packaging and for return shipping charges. Items already assembles are not returnable. Please inspect and note any damage at the time of delivery. Damaged items will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion.  Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please review the following guidelines:


Your Return Authorization number must be enclosed and written on the outside of the box.

Returned items (all parts included) must be in their original condition & packaging.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 35%.

Custom upholstered, embroidered, built or manufactured items cannot be returned.

Clearance and "As Is" items cannot be returned.


Defective Merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at the manufacturers discretion.

Damaged Merchandise is handled on a case by case basis.

Call one of our Returns Specialists at 1-714-542-1422 with questions regarding your specific products and/or to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. In addition to issuing a return authorization number, we'll confirm the address to send your merchandise for proper handling.
